About Us is for customers who have already purchased an Extended Service Plan through a retailer. Customers can use this site to:

  • Obtain on-line information in how to file a claim.
  • Check the status of a claim. The claims status screen will enable you to track the progress of your claim during the various phases of the claim.
  • File a claim, if your product is covered under one of our agreements and in need of repair. If you would like to submit your claim, please complete the online form. After the Claims Department receives your claim, and determines that the damage is covered under the service contract, a work order will be sent to an authorized Servicer in your area. The Servicer will contact you to set up an appointment for inspection.
