How to File a Claim

  1. To begin filing a claim, you must enter your certificate or sales invoice number or last and first name, and your zip code.
  2. Upon completion of the claim information page and questionnaire, our claims underwriters will validate the service plan then determine if your service request is covered under your service plan.
  3. If your service request is listed on your service plan as a covered defect, a work order will be sent to an authorized servicer in your area. The servicer will contact you to set up an appointment for inspection.
